Independent examinations are available for even the most complex spinal cases. Patients have frequently been seen and treated by a number of physicians, resulting in a multitude of varied opinions. We take great care to provide an independent, fair, and accurate assessment of both the circumstances surrounding the patient's problems, as well as the evaluation and care provided to date.
We provide analysis and synthesis of the patient's condition, refining a definitive diagnosis that includes causal relationship, work status, recommendations for evaluation or care, and prognosis. In addition, we will provide a decision on an end point at which the patient is not likely to show additional improvement, and has reached the level of maximal medical improvement.
It is important to differentiate everyday problems caused by everyday wear and tear from more specific related injuries. Our report includes treatment and testing alternatives, work capability, and a realistic appraisal of causal relation between disease and symptoms.
