Early Return to Work

The likelihood of an injured worker successfully returning to the work place diminishes with each passing day.

 

New Jersey Spine Center has an aggressive return to work philosophy. From the onset, the worker is given an unambiguous message that returning to work is healthy.

 

This message is delivered by the physician, case manager, and employer, working as a team for a common goal.

We will work closely with employers to design light duty programs to facilitate a speedy return to work and reduce the risk of recurrent injury.
