Motor Vehicle Injuries – bring the declaration page from your policy. It is usually the first or second page.

New Jersey Spine Center is committed to providing access to care and considers this a central responsibility in servicing the community at large. As such, we are pleased to be In-Network with most insurance plans and all motor vehicle carriers. Please call our account management office at 973.635.6403 and ask to discuss the details of your plan.

Patients can pay their bill by Clicking This Link to access our online payment portal or from the Payments tab in our main menu. You can also view your statement and make a payment via the Patient Portal.

Click this link to get started with your portal account registration. Please follow the instructions and input the activation code you received at the end. If you encounter issues with registration or did not receive a code, please contact out Patient Portal department at (973) 635 - 0800 ext. 274

Prescriptions can be refilled online via our patient portal in the Medications tab. Patients can view their current prescriptions and request a refill. For further questions, please call us at (973) 635-0800 ext. 199

Patients can access their medical records via our online Patient Portal. Records sent from the practice to you are viewable in the Messages inbox, and patients will receive an email letting them know to check their portal account.
